Yes! We follow the same condition based servicing schedule as BMW themselves. We have BMW software to check your BMW service history, find out what service your vehicle requires and once we have carried out the required maintenance we can update your electronic service record to show this. If your vehicle has a service book we can stamp this. We only ever use BMW certified Shell oils when servicing your BMW.

Alternatively, If you prefer as an existing customer, you can contact us through the customer portal to request an appointment.

All our work is covered by parts and labour warranty. This is usually 12 months but can vary depending on the vehicle components involved.

At Absolute BM we offer a customer portal system. Each customer is given a unique login and asked to create a password upon first registration. From this point onwards, customers can access all the information we hold about them and their vehicle(s) including past invoices which can be reprinted from home.
